The best way to get a google researcher to translate the text for you
is to upload the jpg images somewhere on the net and providing us the
link on this page (we can't receive the images directly from you
through e-mail or other means).

Also I would like to mention that you may want to consider changing
the price of this question depending on how much text is on the 12
images.
