The questions are:
 
1) Which technologies are most likely to threat the services, through
automation,(e.g. Callcentre, Travel Bookings, Data Entry, Medical
Transcriptions, CreditCard Processing, etc...) which are provided by
BPO firms in offshore locations such as India or the Philippines in
the future (3-5 years)?
2) Which emerging technologies will enable addidtional business
opportunities for these BPO providers?
