There are some good estimates of gross margins for the microbrewery
industry, but it appears that arriving at net margins is difficult at
best.  One of the reasons is that regional specialty breweries,
microbreweries and brewpubs tend to get lumped together.

The Institute for Brewing Studies published two guides that may get
you closer to the answer: "Brewer Resource Directory" and "Industry
Revealed."  The latter is collection of industry statistics.  Both are
