running and maintenance + insurance costs of 

-Hydrogen fuelled fuel cell car

-Methanol fuelled fuel cell car

-Gasoline fuelled fuel cell car

How do these compare with today's conventional internal combustion cars?

Thanks for your attempt bobbie 

I've seen this document before; unfortunately it doesn't give
maintenance costs in (UScents/km) or annual insurance costs (in USD)
for the cars in question. Perhaps such estimates are mentioned
somewhere in the scientific journal but I am not sure to be honest

Vehicle Ownership Costs include fuel, maintenance and insurance.
Ownership costs also include state fees and taxes, finance charges,
and repair bills.
