Within the past year, Robinsons-May was acquired by Federated (the
same company which own's Macy's).  As you can imagine, it would be
extremely unprofitable to have both a Macy's and Robinsons-May in the
same mall.  If there is a Macy's in the shopping center, you 'won't'
find a Robinsons-May store remaining.
