I heard this song on Triple J a few years ago, late 1990's.

The song has a lyric about machines doing the work so that humans can think.

Then the lyric reverses so that it says humans do the work so that
robots can think.

What's the name of this song?

Is this the song you are thinking of?

Machines (or 'Back To Humans')

rainbow-ga,

No, it's not that one.

I remember that there were not a lot of lyrics in the song. Very repetitive.

Howdy, Markabe.

I wonder if this may be "Machines Do the Work," by Klute.

You can listen to a brief clip here:

Hi pinkfreud-ga,

I finally got the clip to work, and no, that is not the song.
