I am looking for a replacement computer motherboard that just crashed.
 The exact model name is "Asus P4C800 Deluxe"  I am aware that both
"Asus P4C800-E Deluxe" and "Asus P4C800" exist.  However, neither of
those suit my needs.  I am looking for a place or places to purchase a
"Asus P4C800 Deluxe" motherboard, preferrably new.  Will be happy to
tip nicely if you can find many places with the items actually in
stock.

1.  The ebay item was already sold just 6 hours after you wrote your
answer.  It was the exact right item and in excellent condition being
new.

2.  The nmcstore.com has the exact motherboard listed, however when
you click add to cart, they inform you that theyre out of stock.  I
followed up on this and they replied that they are permanently out of
stock on that item.

If you could keep searching I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks again.

The new one on ebay (170001738996) has a CPU attached to it.  Its a
good find however id like just the motherboard alone please as the CPU
will drive the price up on it, although I will put it on my watch
list.  If you could find more that would be great, thanks for your
hard work.

I am still trying to find a store that has one.  I am waiting for
calls from a couple of places.  I did see that there is another one on
ebay.  It is auction # 170001738996.

It is only the motherboard, but still used.
