I have been given a challenge to create women's beachwear skirts (the
ones that women use to wrap themselves in while wearing bathing
suits). I have been given a flag with a design on it that will need to
be used on the skirts.

I need to digitalize the image on the flag and find a manufacturer to
produce a small number (100-200) of these products.

I need to be pointed in the direction of manufacturers that can take a
digital image and produce this product for me. I am thinking that I
need to create a custom fabric then have that fabric made into these
beach-skirts. Copyright and trademark are not issues in this case.
