I got a speeding ticket in Texas doing 73 in a 40. I live in
Massachusetts and have a Massachusetts license, registration and
plates. Massachusetts suspends your license for 3 speeding tickets in
any one year. Will this ticket count towards those 3 speeding
tickets? Will my insurance company find out and increase my rates?
Also, it seems the ticket is :REQUIRING: me to go to court. Should I
hire a lawyer? If so, please refer me a good lawyer--cost does not
really matter.
