I need investment or acquisition transaction data on any off the
following companies (amount of investment, amount of equity acquired,
purchaser, date, and etc.)

Corner Bakery, Qdoba, Baja Fresh, *Chipotle*, Kookooroo, Marmalade,
McAllister?s, Flying Biscuit, Mimi?s Café, and Carmille?s

*I need the acquisition information regarding Chipotle when they were
bought by McDonald's not the info when they were recently spun off by
MCD in an IPO.

I did not find any mention of the purchase of Marmalade, McAllister?s,
or Carmille?s.  If you have any additional details on these
acquisitions, please let me know, and I'll be happy to continue
