I need assistance finding a weather-proof enclosure for a camera. I
know there are plenty of enclosures out there for security cameras but
I have special requirements that eliminates most of those.

I need 8 enclosures for Vicon M2 Cameras. These are not typical
cameras and as such have slightly different dimensions. I would prefer
to install them with with 3-axis mount we already have. With the mount
the dimensions are (HxWxD) : 16" x 12" x 20". Without the mount the
dimensions are 11" x 10" x 14". These cameras will be permantly
mounted outside, and as such must be weather proof. Also, because of
the sensitive nature of the cameras, they should not look through
another pane of glass/plastic/etc. Instead, I would prefer that there
be some kind of cover, preferable a door on hinges, that can be opened
or removed, and then closed again and locked to keep them safe.

It would be great to have some kind of enclosure that already had a
standard camera/tripod screw installed so that we could just screw the
camera mount into place. Also, it would be preferable to have some
kind of access for single camera cable to pass through (again that is
weatherproof). While these last two are not entirely necessary, they
would save us lot of time in the shop and be a huge plus.

As a starting point I have identified some enclosures that seem to be
very close to what I want, except for their dimensions and lacking a
wire hole and camera mount. McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/)
has several enclosures in their "Lighting and Electrical > Enclosures"
sections. The "Corrosion-Resistant Washdown Fiberglass Enclosures" :
"Large without Window" on page 780 of the catalog seems close to what
I want. However, the only enclosure with an appropriate depth is far
to large in the height and width dimensions. Also, as stated, there is
nowhere to pass a cable through, or to mount the camera.

For price purposes I would obviously prefer an existing solution.
However a custom solution is also possible as long as the cost in not
exorbitant for only 8 units.
