1. Turning past Buyers into Seller: What is your marketing process to them over the coarse of a year? What do the mailers or e-mails you send them say and look like? 2. What are the five key marketing tools you believe lead to your success as a Sellers agent? 3. We just sold 30 acres in Hawaii that can be divided into 5 massive home sites. What would you have built into your contract to gain future listings? 4. What do you use to organize your database of past clients(programs, assistants)? 5. How many Seller leads would you say you generate each week or month from your website? Are they all coming from one website you own? What are the best methods of advertising you have found to get interested Sellers to your site? 6. How do you locate the developers and builders about the land you know they want? 7. Can you provide a point by point list of all the different ways to get Seller leads? Closing and getting the signed contract is not really our trouble, it is tapping into more Seller contacts.
