Hello - We've got a Neptune Clothes Washer and love it. Problem is
that it now is giving us longer estimated times for the wash cycle. It
used to say about "35 minutes" when we would start a wash, and now it
says up to "70 Minutes". We've tried every conceivable combination of
button settings. Any ideas? Thanks
