I will probably have to have a foreclosure on my credit report as I am
unable to see my townhouse in Colorado. I am planning on remarrying
and want to know how this will affect the credit of my future husband
and our ability to purchase a house in the future together. I have
always had excellent credit and have purchased several home and have a
credit rating now of 780.
