I would like to purchase an item that I've only been able to find on
the French sites 2xMoinsCher.com and PriceMinister.com, which are
shopping sites very similar to eBay's Half.com

However, I can't buy from there since I live in the USA.  Most of the
sellers on there will only ship to France.  There's also the problem
of the language barrier.

My question is, is there any reliable buying service or store in
France that can purchase the item for me, and once they receive it
from the seller, ship to me in the USA?  I, of course, would pay all
the related costs, including a fee for that service.  I would prefer
to pay by PayPal.

To give an example, there's a site called Shopping Mall Japan which
allows USA buyers to buy from Yahoo Japan Auctions.  For a fee, if you
win an auction through them, they'll complete the transaction with the
seller, and ship it to you in the USA.  I'm basically looking for a
France version of that for the sites listed above.

The item in question isn't very expensive (only around 15 Euro / $25 US)
