how do it use a UPS label printer over a network?

The printer must be connected to the network through either a printer
server or a computer.  Many printers have print server builtin to them
and are "network ready".  If yours does not have a printer server
builtin then you can either hook it up to a computer and share it or
use an external printer server.

To decided exactly what you need to I will need more information on
what printer you have and any details about your computer and network
that you can provide.
