I'd like to find detailed instructions and parts list to adapt my Treo
650 to a headset from Aliph called the Jawbone. www.Jawbone.com. The
headset attaches to the data port of some Motorola, Nokia and Sony
Ericson phones; in addition to normal voice connectivity, it also
draws power from the phone's battery to drive the noise reduction
process.

I'd like a way to do the same thing with my Treo 650, if there are
plans for using an external battery, I'm open to that as a secondary
option.
