Hi samtheman:

I searched *extensively* for the information you requested, and was
only able to find the following meeting, which I seriously doubt is
what you're looking for:

************************
Event: October Meeting of the Anne Arundel County Chapter of the
Autism Society of America

Date: October 31, 2000

Location: Millersville, MD

Quote: "At our October 31 meeting, we will have a presentation by
Elaine Williams, a child development specialist in Autism and related
disorders. Mrs. Williams is a Pediatric Psychology Associate at Mt.
Washington Pediatric Hospital for children with developmental
disorders, including Autism, as well as a Child Development Specialist
consultant for children with Autism and related disorders at Pueblo
Pediatric Therapy in Tucson. She will be presenting to us 'Autism:
Current Research Into Neurobiological Aspects and Educational
Interventions.'"
****************************

Other than that, I could find no meetings, conferences, seminars, or
workshops on these subjects in these areas during that timeframe.

One issue about your question...If there indeed were no meetings
matching the criteria you supplied, how are we Researchers supposed to
prove it? What would be sufficient proof that there were no meetings?
It is tricky to "prove" the negative of this question.

Thanks for your help.

Hi samtheman:

Thanks for the 5-star rating!

The meeting: International disability rights law symposium - "From
Principles to Practice" was held at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel in
Washington, D.C.

http://www.renaissancehotels.com/dpp/PropertyPage.asp?MarshaCode=WASSH&checked=True&Marriott_BD={4C1765E5-C4DF-4120-BF85-84ED3184F88D}

I figured this out by putting the room names found at:

http://www.dredf.org/symposium/agenda.html

into Google with the search:

and then checking out the other meetings that came up. :-)

Hope this helps.
