Provide examples of complaints that were not always classified as true
diseases.  gestational diabetes is now classified as a disease since
it adheres to the full definition of a disease.  I want the names of
previously described "maladies, complaints, etc." that were not always
categorized as diseases.

Health Organization as such in 1994."
