does the company who owns molson beer or labatts beer of canada own
any percentage pf
coors brewery company? please break down the percentages of who owns
coors brewery in the united states. thank you

thank you for your answers. of the 4 answers, i do not understand any
of them  of how they are related to my question. can someone give me
if in fact molson or labatt own repeat own a percentage of coors
brewery company  and the percentage that they own. if they are
partners, i would think that they share ownership. e.g. if company A
buys company B in its entirety, i guess they would own company B. if
company A buys 50 percent of Company B but company B is still in
existence, i guess it is dual ownership....

Coors and Molson merged in 2005 forming Molson Coors Brewing Company.

That suggests that Coors is 100% part of the new company.

Molsen and Coors did merge but Molsen has the following ownership
Foster's Brewing Group -- 40%
Miller Brewing Company -- 20%
