Coors and Molson merged in 2005 forming Molson Coors Brewing Company. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coors_Brewing_Company That suggests that Coors is 100% part of the new company. |

Molsen and Coors did merge but Molsen has the following ownership Foster's Brewing Group -- 40% Miller Brewing Company -- 20% source: http://worldofbeer.com/9712/beer_buying.html |
