Me again

Some of you may have noticed that my questions 738991 and 739537 were 
rendered non-existant by the Gruugle editors. 

CZH-GA advised me to post a new question.

So here goes (Again) Sorry for sounding like a broken record

My questions relate to the above Web site (I have given the title
information and thus you should be able to easily find the WEB site)

They are as follows
- How would I find the administrator of this Web Site?
- When I view the site by clicking on CACHED entry I view  totally 
  different text than when I click on the title page.
  Why is this?
- When I click on the CACHED link and go the bottom of the page the WEB 
  site indicates there are 5 pages. Yet when I attempt to click on any page 
  number I get an error Why?
- Very recently when one clicked on the Title, you saw a list of comments 
  (about CDI COllege)exactly similir to what you see when you view the cached 
  link (Except then you COULD view all five pages) Any reason for 
  this? What would motivate the administrators of the site to change it? 
 
  (CZH-GA did point out that by doing some other stuff you could eventually 
  get to a list of Comments regarding CDI college. However they ARE a 
  differnt set of comments. Also from the page title one would expect a 
  straightforward set of appraisals of CDI college  )

  PS At the advice of one of the researchers , I contacted the Gruugle editors
  about the terminated questions. My e-mail was totally ignored!
