(would like to know the document source of information).

I believe the only place to obtain the documents you need is the
Cupertino City Planner's office. I have contacted them and have been
promised that the files will be in the office next week. I was asked
if I am related to a woman, W**** B****, who came in today requesting
information about Seven Springs. If this woman is not your
representative, I will get the information you request. If she is
acting in your name, I will bow out. Please let me know so I can give
the City Planner an answer.

Yes she is. I sent her in while I hoped to get help online. Looks
like she may get the info next week. Thanks much for clarifying with
me. I will post the same question again if this does not work out.
