I wanted to know a list of all the states that sell grain alcohol at
190 proof.  Some brands include Everclear, Clear Springs and Diesel.

I am certain North Carolina does, but I needed a more complete list.

As far as I know, Everclear or similiar grain alcohols can be
purchased at any reservation. I know the reservations in Washington
State carry it, and the Washington State liquor stores do not.

Thanks for your response.  I needed a list of states where it has not
been barred by the liquor control board.

Everclear is illegal in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Washington,
California, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Virginia, and West Virginia (as
of November 2005)
