Register at TechRepublic:
http://techrepublic.com.com/1300-4_11-20.html?subj=19948&part=tr

Log in, then poke around the whitepapers under IT Management:

IT MANAGEMENT > User Satisfaction > ITIL
http://whitepapers.techrepublic.com.com/IT+MANAGEMENT/User+Satisfaction/ITIL/

Everything you need is there. You don't give enough information to
guide you further.

I also recommend finding out how and what system
http://www.logmein.com uses for tech support. _Whatever_ they are
doing is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced,
online OR offline, in 30 years as an adult.

Is this helpful?
