Is is possible under Ohio law to terminate the parental rights of an absent father? I am the mother of the child in question and I would like the court to terminate the father's parental rights. He has no contact with the child and I do not want any child support now or in the future. I have previously won court cases both granting me sole custody and changing the child's last name to mine. This last step of terminating his rights is what I need info on. Thank you. | |
