What is Windhorse Evolution?

I've seen a company by this name in Cambridge, but they never seem to
do any business. I'm wondering if it's a front for the MOD (Ministry
of Defence). (The MOD own some land in that area, training grounds,
etc.)

Windhorse Evolution's main warehouse is situated on Coldhams Lane,
just opposite the Next Generation fitness club.

Is there any way to check if WE (reference to Zatmiyan?) is a legitimate business?

And if they are, what is it that they do exactly?

The employees of the business are almost exclusively Buddhists and the
proceeds of the business is used to support the religious communities
and lifestyle. The business appears to be a legal front for an income
producing effort which not only supports the Friends of the Western
Buddhist Order but also perhaps acts as a community influences to
attract others who might also be interested in committing to this
faith:
