I found this site calling World Venture Travels a scheme through
blogger testimony: http://www.scam.com/printthread.php?t=4403&page=22&pp=40.
 The search terms I used were "pyramid scheme" + "venture travels."

I believe that you were asking if Venture Travels was a pyramid
scheme, hence the usage of those search terms.
