Hey. I've been on this music video making marathon using my brother's
computer that has Windows Movie Maker and clips downloaded television
shows from iTunes and other internet sources. Both him and I are
having a problem with me using his computer and I think it is best
that I start using mine. The problem? I have an Apple. Obviously,
Windows Movie Maker will never run on my Apple. And I absolutely HATE
iMovie. I just hate it. Anyways, I've tried looking for an alternative
to WMM that can run on my Mac's operating system (10.3.9) but I
haven't had much luck. So long story short, I was wondering if anyone
could help me find a software program that is similar to Windows Movie
Maker and can run on an Apple? Oh, and it would be awfully nice if it
was cheap (or free), too! Thanks so much. : )

I confess that the last time I used a Mac, they were still making 'em
in candy-colored cases. However, I have lots of Mac-using friends, one
of whom is very fond of HyperEngine-AV. It's free to download, and for
$39 you can get technical support.

You also might want to take a look at MediaEdit Pro:

If either of these will meet your needs, please let me know.
