My name is John Ozoroff and and my website is www.johnozoroff.co.uk.
Someone has used my name to open a website www.johnozoroff.com from
where they invite people to email for the 'truth' about me and then
send malicious emails. How can I get this website taken down please?

If the emails are libelous, you need to go and see a solicitor and
seek legal advice.
