Mongolia,
Thanks for accepting my findings as your official answer. I've
reposted the links below.
"Although wine is produced in all 50 states, this production is
dominated by three states: California (90%), New York (5%), and
Washington (3%). Thus less than 3% of U.S. wine is produced in the
other 47 states..."

Alaska:
"A winery in Alaska? Where do you grow your grapes?
These are the first reactions we get from people that hear about us.
Yes we do have a Winery in Homer, Alaska. It is located on Bear Creek
Drive overlooking beautiful Kachemak Bay and the Glaciers beyond.
Although we do not grow grapes here, we do grow, pick and process some
of the best berries in the world. Along with our signature (and very
popular!) Raspberry-Rhubarb wine we make Blueberry, Raspberry, Wild
Cranberry Wine, Fireweed Honey Wine (wow!), an amazing Strawberry Wine
and lots and lots of Rhubarb wine. These wines are all made from
locally-grown ingredients."

This was an interesting and enjoyable question to research! I confess
that it gave me a hankering for my favorite inexpensive wine, which
comes from Arkansas. I'd like to put in an endorsement for Wiederkehr
wines. They are not costly, and they are not rare. But they are very
tasty. Wiederkehr sparkling wines were served instead of champagne at
my wedding reception on July 4, 1980. Tomorrow I'll have another glass
to celebrate my 26th anniversary. Drink Wiederkehr: it makes your
marriage last a long, long time. ;-)
