In chapter 17,talking about "No Silver Bullets" refired,could you

Hmm, my worn old copy of The Mythical Man Month from college only has
15 chapters. What is the year of printing of your version? Perhaps I
will have to upgrade and get a new version if there has been more
material added recently!

Mine is 1995 version and it contained 19 chapters in the book.

I found an article written by the same author called "No Silver
Bullets," which I assume was inserted into later editions of the book:
