I have a print titled "Jungle Ruler" by artist John Pitre. It
appears to have been a water color originally, but I am not certain of
that. It is blue. It is numbered 106 out of 250 and is 23" X 35" in
size. (The 106/250 is definitely hand applied by a pencil signature,
however I am not sure if the signature is hand applied or part of the
print) Can you give me a value on this without frame. Mine had been
framed but suffered water damage to the framing. There is absolutely
no damage to the print itself.

I wasn't able to find any reference at all to the "Jungle Ruler" print,
but you could contact the artist at the contact page on his website:

Let me know where this takes you...
