Can a camera with an anamorphic lens still have a wide angle lens or
other lens attached to it?

You'll have to be more specific. It depends on the camera. My guess is
you're talking about a prosumer video camera that has an 16:9
anamorphic adapter available. In that case, it's pretty unlikely that
you could also use a wide-angle lens adapter.
