What are the demographics by age, gender, ethnicity for nonfiction book sales in US?

Non-fiction books include biographies and memoirs, cookbooks, sports
and recreation,  business, travel, home and gardening, health and
fitness, crafts, animal and nature, self-help and much more.

It would be impossible to provided demographics for such a broad range of subjects.

What kind of non-ficition books do you have in mind?
