Objective:  Examine the loans that were originated in 1998 by a
mortgage originator that pooled its loan in a CMBS pool.   Identify 10
properties for which they underwrote mortgage loans, the structure of
those mortgage loans (lock out period, pre-payment penalty period,
open term etc.), who is the current owner of that loan, as well as the
contact information for the current owner/ borrower.
