Hello mopey2-ga, The area code in the second number you have specified is not a valid area code for North America. The 888 number is not listed in any toll-free directories. I did get through to the number only to find out that they were currently closed. My recommendation to you is to immediately contact your credit card company and communicate with them regarding this transaction. You should notify to them that you have no idea where the charge originated from. Not only will they be able to prevent further charges, but they will also be able to dispute the charge for you, which might result in you getting your money back. What happens if you dispute a charge is that the merchant has to prove that they provided the service to you, and that you requested the service. The credit card company will often take the customers side, especially on internet related transactions (signatures are not possible). Also make sure that your bank knows that you have attempted to contact the business and have been unable to get through to them. Please let me know if you require any additional assistance regarding this query. I will be happy to assist you further should it be required. Good luck! tisme-ga |

Speak to your credit card company, they should be able to provide you with contact information for any transaction on your account. |
