If they prove to be unreachable, and you are unable to cancel your
subsciption, you can do what's called a "chargeback" through your
credit card, where you reverse a charge that was made. You'd only
really need to do this if your account is automatically billed.

Another recourse is the BBB (<a href="http://bbb.org/">link</a>), the
Better Business Bureau. If vongo is a member (and even if it's not),
you can file a complaint with the BBB and they will investigate the
matter for you.
