I am searching to determine the breakdown of physicians by practice
size in the United States.  If I could find a statiscal breakdown by
number of physicians that would be ideal.  The data I am looking for
would look something like this:

-there are 500,000 practicing physicians in the US.
-30% of those are in single physician practices
-30% are in practices with between 2-10 physicians
-20% are in practices with between 11-20 physicians
-20% are in practices with more then 20 physicians.
