I am searching for quantitative data on claims submitted in class
actions by class members. In particular, for any specific class
action involving a consumer product you can find, I would like to know
by week or by month or by quarter, how many people filed claims for
compensation. For example, if product xyz was involved in a class
action and notifications were mailed out by a certain date, what are
the counts (or rates) of notices received by the claims administrator
over time. It would also be helpful to know the potential number of
class members. I am not interested in class actions involving drugs,
cigarettes or asbestos, but rather products like microwave ovens,
washing machines, etc.
