Question 1: Can a person on H1B incorporate a corporation Question 2: How is the ownership issue is handled? Question 3: Can a person on H4 be a shareholder? Question 4: Do we need to hire somebody to run the company? Question 5: Can a person on H4 visa work for the company on a voluntary basis and therefore draw no salary? Question 6: Can the person working voluntary perform any duties on the client site. Question 7: Can this particular corporation get economic benefit out of work done by h4 person working voluntary for the corporation? Question 8: Can this particular corporation be liquidated. Is it an easy process. Question 9: Can the H1B visa holder who has opened the company/corporation get all the money on liquidation Question 10: This entity shall be what entity (LLC. SOLEPRPRIETERSHIP or a Small corporation Question 11: What h1b visa holder need to do to incorporate a company. |
