How-why-if sport online gambling is illigal in NY state?what about web
site that are not using Peer-to-Peer program (which it means you  bet
directly with other people, where There is no sportsbook or ?bookie?
acting as a middleman). but anyway what does the law say about online
gambling in nY?

PS a mistake : it is not "web site that are not using peer to
peer...etc" but "that are now using...".

depend upon any race, or upon any gaming by lot or chance, or upon any
