The chorus has the phrase "hit and run..." other phrases...
"didn't see ya comin' baby.."
"I ain't your toy..."
"don't egg me on this way..."
"rev me up and ya tear me down..."
"Baby your so bad(?)...your so bad..."
Hope this helps! Kind of hard to hear behind the dialogue.

After an extensive search for the song (I even rented the DVD to
listen to it), I was unable to locate any information regarding the
song and artist. Hopefully another researcher will have better luck.
