Automated process for adding Windows 2000 server accounts and then
mapping a X.509 certificate to that account needed!

I need an automated solution if someone knows about one to do the following

1. Add a user account to a Windows 2000 server
2. Map a X.509 public key (a Base64 encoded .cer VeriSign issued
client digital certificate) to that account.

An Open Source or proprietary way of doing this is acceptable.

Here's a way to do it manually, I think?
