I want to mention that every pure liquid when mixed with lot of water
becomes "diluted" and please note that dilute means "reduce strenght
by addition of water or make less forcible" so therefore I want to
know that if a person drinks lot of water daily and that person also
eats those substances daily containing lot of sugar for example
Chocolates, Cakes,Pepsi Cola or Coca Cola drinks ETC. and because
every pure liquid when mixed with lot of water becomes diluted so
therefore I want to know that in this case Pancreas organ which is
responsible for injecting Insulin into the body of person so as to
diffuse or finish the excess of Sugar in the body of person would
have to inject either "very small or small or large amount of
Insulin" into the body of person so as to diffuse or finish the excess
of Sugar into the body of person ?? Please provide accurate answer of
my above statement and thanks and best regards from Shoaib for above
answer.

Any time you eat sugar, or other carbohydrates, your body releases
insulin to reduce blood sugar levels. The more "simple" the
carbohydrate, sugar being among one of the most, the more insulin is
produced to compensate. So, the answer to your question is: A very
large amount is released into the body.

It doesn't matter how much water you drink with the sugary substances
because the body handles them differntly. The disolved sugars are
recycled and returned into your bloodstream where they are used
immediately if needed, or stored as glycogen or converted to fat.
Large amounts of sugar in the blood, cause large releases of insulin.
It is the amount of sugar in the blood that determines how much
insulin is requed, not the amount of water. The water is handled by
using what is necessary and the rest is discharged via the urine.
