seems like you are referring to Licia Nunez, she was in "Notti
Mondiali" on RaiUno, a coverage of the World Cup. Here is a different

If this is not her do you remember if she was the only host or if she
was working with other anchors ? Where did you see the broadcasting ?
In Italy ? that might help in identifying the network
