Have any surveys been done to determine which nationalities are
considered the most handsome?  I am interested in a ranked list.

Probably there have been some surveys made, but they probably were
made by asking quite varied selections of persons.  American women's
mags, for example, versus some European equivalent magazines/news
papers.  And then maybe someone asked men their opinions.

An American survey of women might find that Italian or French men are
most handsome, but the girls are going mostly on the basis of the ones
thay see in the media, so their basis is skewed, but perhaps that
doesn't matter for your question.

(My wife and independently her old girlfriend agreed that the
Argentine coach was the best looking man in the World Cup  - but they
are near his age.)

EU-required, PC-correct, Court of Human Rights-defendable category as
a cross-breed.

Nelson, what are you going to do with that group?  Lump them all
together, or define different major groups:  Turkish-German,
Italian-German, Moroccan-French, Anglo-Indian, etc.?  (Of course, I am
excluding just skin color as a category.)

Although there has long been a feeling that Eurasian and other "mixed"
women (maybe a daughter of Anthony and Cleopatra) are the most
beautiful in the world, I haven't heard this claim for men, and
certainly not for 3/4 English, 1/4 Irish with a Roman nose.  ;~) or

One of the most beautiful men I've ever known was half Japanese and
half something European.  He lived on my floor freshman year.  But I
am really looking for non-mix stats here (for simplicity).

well, India would be at the top of my ranked list, followed closely by Brazil

the US is in there somewhere near the top
