There was a character on Late Night with Conan O'Brien who would
occasionally appear and say "Inappropriate" as part of the skit. I am
looking for an audio file (WAV or MP3) of that character saying the
word "inappropriate". Please direct me to a website that has that file
for free download.

Yes, thanks! That link shows the bit I'm looking for. However, I don't
want to capture the audio out of the video, I'm looking for an already
made WAV or MP3 file with only the word "Inappropriate" recorded out
of that skit.

I was able to go into the source for that site and download the WAV
file directly. That did it, thanks.

I was eventually able to find what I needed thanks to the researcher's
responses, but I don't think the researcher read my original question
very carefully. I stated that I was looking for a WAV or MP3 audio
clip, and in the end the researcher directed me to a website that was
using the desired audio clip as a background sound. I had to search
the html code of the page to find and download the audio file.
Nonetheless, this eventually lead to my question being answered.
