In November of 2004, Chai Vang gunned downed six hunters in the
Wisconsin woods. He was caught and tried in a Wisconsin state court
for the six murders and the attempted murder on that same day of two
other hunters. He was convicted on all counts in September of 2005.

I want to obtain the court transcripts from his September 2005 trial.

How can I obtain court transcripts from Wisconsin state court cases?
Is there a fee associated with this? If so, how much is the fee?
