Could you please give me an idea of how much it would cost to buy a
studio for an artist in Brooklyn, New York? I'd like an idea of prices
starting at the lowest possible for your own space enough to be usuable
as an artist's area. And then go up so I have a clear idea of what you
get for your money (maybe in terms of how many dollars a square foot)
giving several examples of what is realistic. I must have current
estage agent's values, with market prices - not taxable
values or land registry values: but what estate agents have on their
books now giving an up to date idea of how much it would cost to buy a
small, one-artist studio space - with addresses to back it up (ie
$000000000 gives 00000000 on --------- Streeet and it must be in
Brooklyn - I need a few examples
at the starter end, the one-man-artist end so that I can reasonably say 'it
costs this amount at the very least and goes up to this amount to buy
(not rent) a studio in Brooklyn, New York. Please don't take this
question on if you aren't going to answer it properly with info from
current realtors that I could call (I need them with a name and number
and website so I can contact them.) I really don't want someone to
take this on who just does a quick trawl through the land registry,
but is willing to find suitable realtors and list some of their
studios. I need it asap. Thanks so much.
