Re: Documents translated into Roman Latin

I googled terms that I know must be present in the Constitutuion: Senate (senatus), Years (anni), senator (senator), America (America), Constitution (reipublicae leges), etc. I declined them in many different forms and tried them separately in case one wasn't included. I didn't manage to find the Constitution in Latin. That isn't to say it doesn't exist. But if it does, it doesn't include the words Senator, senate, America or years. What I did manage to find is the Bill of rights in Latin: http://www.gmu.edu/departments/fld/CLASSICS/bill.rights.html Hope this helps. |
